Our innovative auction process: 1) allows clients to quantify the value of the analysts' services, 2) delivers discounts to nearly all clients, 3) creates a market price clients can use to justify their research spend, 4) provides a financial incentive for our analysts to limit the number of clients they service, 5) reveals to our analysts a demand curve for their service that creates unique efficiency.
Clients pay for the services of each individual analyst separately, in contrast to the typical bundled services of an entire roster of analysts, trade execution and other services. Our analysts become increasingly responsive to the needs of their clients as our periodic auctions allow clients to communicate satisfaction or dissatisfaction in a very clear way.
Analysts' compensation is formulaic, uncapped, transparent and under their control. It is not deferred and is paid in cash. As a research-only firm, Access 342 has no conflicts of interests to manage as we do not engage in trading, securities distribution, asset management or investment banking.
