Stephen Rudner, CEO
Mr. Rudner helped found Access 342 in 2007 and has worked to guide it through it's launch and growth to date. Prior to Access 342, Mr. Rudner spent 14 years with Morgan Stanley. He served as a managing director in the Fixed Income Division where he designed, launched and helped grow the company's US residential mortgage business into the one of the top 5 investment bank mortgage businesses in the country, in terms of both annual volume and profitability. His responsibilities included 5 US locations and over 1,200 employees, and his division originated and securitized over $45 billion annually of residential mortgage loans. Mr. Rudner has a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
Helen Korb, Director
Mrs. Korb joined the management team of Access 342 in 2011. Prior to joining Access 342, she was the Administrative Director of Research at Gleacher & Company Securities and was responsible for the Supervisory Analyst and editorial review of all equity research published by the firm. Beginning in 2002, she played a key role in developing the research oversight and publishing procedures for a start-up independent research firm, American Technology Research, which was later acquired by Gleacher & Company. Mrs. Korb also has seven years of experience on the buy-side and the sell-side as an analyst at Invesco Funds and Robinson Humphrey. Mrs. Korb has a B.S. from the University of Arizona and an M.S. in Finance from Georgia State University.
Dennis Shea, Advisor
In his 23 years at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Shea was a highly-ranked research analyst covering the U.S. banking industry. He managed that firm's global research effort as its director of Global Research and Economics, and was a top client of Wall Street research as chief investment officer and Head of Global Equities of Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
